Full Policy

Delivery

If a package is not claimed during the normal course of delivery and is returned to us by delivery services under their normal terms of use, the buyer shall be responsible for all delivery for the parcel including it's return to the sender.

 

If the item is lost during the delivery process we will not be held responsible. 

 

If the delivery service policy is to destroy items after their prescribed waiting period, we will not be held responsible as there is no returned item.

 

If the item is lost due to an incorrect address being supplied to us by the purchaser, we will not be held responsible for the item.

 

Any postage fee to reship the item to the customer is the responsibility of the buyer.

 

If the item was deemed undeliverable or is refused upon delivery a 15% restocking fee will be incurred in the case of returns or will be redelivered with a delivery fee.

 

Damaged During Delivery

If an item arrives damaged, please file a claim with the delivery service and we will do the same on our end. We do our best to protect our items including bubble wrapping and double or triple wrapping depending on the item to ensure their safety during delivery, but accidents can happen.

If the item is damaged during delivery please proceed with the following

  • immediately take a picture and send it to our email with an order number.

  • File a claim with the shipping company

  • Return the item (we will cover the return fee in case of damaged items)

  • We will replace or refund the item, shipping is free in case of replacement.

Price Match Guarantee

For Canadian clients, the price match applies to other merchants selling the same product.

Identified as an item with identical

  • Ring Size

  • Ring Total Weight (±0.05g)

  • Diamond/Stone Quality (Color, Clarity, Size)

  • Gold (Karat, Color)

Item Complications

Within 3 days of receiving the items, if there are any complications, items may be exchanged or refunded.

 

Exchange

Please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving the items to begin the exchange process, exchange of equal-value items is not subject to fees

 

Please note* that Items must arrive at the store within 14 days of receiving the Items.

 

Refunds

Refunds are recommended to be requested within 7 days of receiving the item(s). 

 

Items may be accepted for return within 14 days of receiving the item(s), contingent upon items being returned to the store within this time frame.

Returns

Please note that returns are subject to a 5%~15% processing fee and that we are not responsible for fees incurred for shipping items.

 

Items will be refused for a refund under the following conditions: 

 

  • Item(s) has been returned Damaged

  • Item(s) have been received after the 14-Day Time frame

  • Item(s) purchased were Discounted or On-Sale

  • Item(s) were Forced Returned
